All our deliveries are made to the address of your choice (your home, your office, your friend’s home for a gift etc…)
Orders are sent once they are complete. If ordered with templates specified on the site as "preorders" or "order awaiting supply", your shipment will be made upon delivery of the last template awaiting receipt.
If you wish to receive your models available separately, you will need to order these models "separately" from the pending models or request an additional delivery for several postages (see current prices), this also applies to the free shipping orders
When ordering products on Five Diecast for delivery outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes from customs, which are levied when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional customs clearance fees will be at your expense; We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary greatly from one country to another, so you should contact the local customs office for more information. In addition, please note that when you place an order on Five Diecast you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. The protection of your privacy is important to us and we draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries are likely to be opened and inspected by customs authorities. All purchases delivered outside of Florida will be invoiced without VAT
FIVE DIECAST undertakes to reimburse you or to exchange defective or non-compliant products.
For this you have a period of 30 days upon receipt of the package, to send us an email stating in great detail the problem (with a digital photo if possible).
Upon receipt of the product, if you notice that the packaging is damaged, we urge you to check the product immediately. Notify the damage in writing on the delivery slip before receipt.
You will only be able to return the goods to us after our written agreement. The return costs will be refunded to you up to the shipping costs charged if you do not use the prepaid return slip provided by customer service. This return must be made within 7 days of delivery of the order.
We will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of your request. We will use the same payment method that you used for your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, this reimbursement will not cause additional costs for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product (s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product (s), whichever date is due. first of these facts.
